An amazing stay! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed—friendly, fast, and always ready to help. The room was spotless and beautifully designed, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The bed? Absolutely dreamy. I slept like a rock! The location is super convenient, just off I-126 and close to downtown attractions. Free breakfast was a great bonus, and the overall vibe of the hotel was warm and inviting. Very polite staff! The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed and the pillows are really comfortable. I was surprised and impressed by the free breakfast and the hot chocolate bar was a nice added touch. Will definitely stay again.
This was my wifes and mine first time at a staybridge, and we absolutely loved it. Now on our trip across the states, we try to stay at one if we can! Also have to shout out Jorge!! He made our stay easy, comfortable and ensured we had everything we needed and told us about extras we could ask for (like a crib for our baby) and also told us about places to go to around the area. This place was the best customer service we have ever experienced in a hotel, because of all the staff but especially Jorge! Promote ahead of peers!
So happy I stayed here. The room was extremely clean and cozy. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was initially worried about noise from the elevator since my room was so close to it, but my night was peaceful and quiet. The parking can be a little tricky, but it's absolutely worth it to stay in this wonderful hotel. As a business traveler, this hotel visit was one of the best I've ever experienced.
One of the best hotel stays I've ever had. Hotel location was convenient. Facilities were in great condition. Best of all, every member of the staff was fantastic. Always smiling with a "good morning" or "can I help." Best hotel team I've come across in quite some time. Next time we're in Columbia, SC, we'll stay here.

We stayed here 3 nights for a horse show. The room was very clean. The breakfast was great with so many options; everything was fresh and delicious. The staff were kind and friendly people; very welcoming. The parking could be the only negative thing about this place. Lots of compact spaces proved to be a challenge for all of us truck-driving horse people. It may have been difficult, but definitely not a deal breaker because this place was top-notch! We were transiting our family and moving to a new state and I am so glad we came across this hotel. The staff were personable, the food was good, dinner was served 3 nights a week, and the rooms were clean. Service was impeccable. Dishes are included. It was the perfect stay. Highly recommend this location.
